UCubeFree is a free version of the commercial and complete E&P database UCube, providing an efficient tool for an up-to-date overview of the global oil and gas supply. UCubeFree contains historical and forecasted global production split by country, hydrocarbon type, and producing vs non-producing resources. The underlying data in UCubeFree is based on 65,000 assets in UCube.

Rystad Energy has released UCubeFree in order to share information about the E&P business with the public, in line with the company's vision "Transparency in the oil and gas business" and as a contribution to build consensus on global oil and gas production outlook.

UCubeFree can be used for multiple purposes, including macro analysis of global production, benchmarking of producing countries, understanding exploration trends, and historical research. With just a few mouse-clicks the user can extract production data, e.g. forecast production from offshore gas fields under development in a particular country. Data content is continuously scouted and updated with new discoveries and production changes, and new versions are automatically updated on a monthly basis. UCubeFree is the ideal tool for anyone needing insight into the upstream E&P world on a daily basis.
